Am PM Camp Zürich und bei der Interface AG in Unterhaching durfte ich als Gast ein Impulsreferat zum Thema “Auch Lernen ist in Evolution” halten. Dass ich dabei unseren Unschooling-Ansatz vorstellte, versteht sich von selbst.
Im Referat bringe ich Unschooling und die Integrale Philosophie zusammen und erkläre Unschooling in der Wertehierarchie der Spiralen Dynamik von Don Beck. Anhand dieses Erklärungsmodelles weise ich zusätzlich auch auf die Weiterentwicklungsbestrebungen innerhalb des Projektmanagements (PM) hin.
Beide Referate wurden gefilmt. Das eine von SRF Dok/Reporter und das andere vom IF-Forum der Interface AG. Anbei kann das Referat bei der Interface AG auf Youtube geschaut werden.
